Top home builders earn their CARE nominations
Homes by Kimberly is a finalist in a pair of CARE categories,
including best single family detached custom home over 3,000
sq. ft. for the Walsh residence and best single family detached
custom home 2,000 to 2,999 sq. ft for the Ostaffy home in Nanoose.

Some nine months ago, we engaged Homes by Kimberly to build
a retirement home here in Nanaimo. Finally, we were ready to
leave the lower mainland for good. Our goal was to engage in
a quality, custom home builder that was sensitive to our wants
and needs, but also one that could meet our completion date
request of Oct.01, 2004. Laurel and Dave Lambert have met all
of those expectations and more. During this last month, I have
seen all of the Lambert's employees and sub trades work hard
together as a team and it was a pleasure to watch. You have
a great team Dave and Laurel.
